Who we are
This website is run by i4 Ops, Inc. ("i4 Ops", "we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or your information, email info@i4ops.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, organization and anything you write in the message field.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how people arrive, and the type of device and browser used. Google Analytics sets cookies and records an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange a demo and follow up about our products.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us
We share information only with providers who help us run the site and respond to you, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, and stores and emails demo requests to our team.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and the fonts used on the site.
- YouTube, whose video previews appear on our Resources page.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition of our business.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are the Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@i4ops.com. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
